A TextNow alternative for sign-up codes.
TextNow gives you a free US number for calling and texting, supported by ads. Many people want one thing from it: a number that receives a verification code. vSMS does only that, in many countries, and refunds your credits when a code doesn't come.
Built for the code, not the conversation.
Numbers picked for delivery
Each app is routed to the mobile operators with the best delivery record, every country shows a delivery rating, and many routes offer real-SIM numbers from named mobile carriers.
Many countries
Pick where the number is from, not only the US. The country list rates each one so you can choose where codes land best.
No ads
vSMS is paid per use, so there are no ads in the app or on the website.
No code, no charge
If a code doesn't arrive in time, your credits come back automatically, with nothing to request.
Both have their place.
- A free US number for calling and texting, supported by ads.
- An app you can use as an everyday second line.
