Privacy policy

This policy explains what vSMS collects when you use the website, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Your account: e-mail address (or the private-relay address Sign in with Apple gives us) and an account identifier.
- Your balance, purchases and the credits you spend.
- Your orders: the service and country you chose, the number or address you were given, any code received, and when.
- Payment records: Stripe's session and payment identifiers, the pack, the amount and currency. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
- Product analytics: which screens and buttons you use, tied to your account, kept for 90 days, never sold and never used for ads.
We do not collect your real phone number, your contacts or your location, and we use no advertising trackers.
Who processes it
- Supabase — hosts the database, sign-in and server functions.
- Stripe — processes card payments.
- Telephony and e-mail providers — receive the service and country you chose so they can assign a number or mailbox. They never receive your identity.
- Apple — only if you choose Sign in with Apple.
- Cloudflare — serves this website, and counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and builds no profile of you.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Delete it any time from Account → Danger zone. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires, without your account.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use. Ask through our support chat; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies and storage
We store your sign-in session and your appearance choices in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
