Refund policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Automatic refunds, in credits

Your credits come back to your balance automatically when:

  • no verification code arrives before the number's window ends (8 minutes for a number, about 20 minutes for an e-mail address);
  • you cancel a number before a code arrives (after the short minimum hold);
  • the network refuses the order before a number or address is assigned.

If a code still arrives after you cancelled, we give it to you free of charge and the refund stands.

When there is no refund

  • The code was delivered to your number or address. The service was provided, whether or not the app you were verifying accepted it.
  • The service was used in breach of the Terms.

Refunds of a card payment

Credit packs bought on this website are paid through Stripe. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact our support chat with the date and amount and we will look at it. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits it bought are removed from your balance; credits already spent cannot be removed and may lead to the account being closed.

Credit packs bought in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple only, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
